By downloading, installing, or using SwipeClean ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

SwipeClean is an iOS application that helps users manage and clean their photo libraries through a swipe-based interface. The app allows you to review, keep, or delete photos stored on your device.

Purchase and Payment

SwipeClean is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. The purchase price is set at $4.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store's terms and conditions.

No subscription fees or recurring charges
No in-app purchases beyond the initial download price
Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process

User Responsibilities

When using SwipeClean, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for the photos you choose to delete. Deleted photos are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album and can be recovered within 30 days per Apple's standard behavior.
You grant the app permission to access your photo library solely for the purpose of reviewing and managing your photos.
You will use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with SwipeClean are the property of SwipeClean and its creator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SwipeClean is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwipeClean and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
